“Stayed for 11 days. Refrigerator not working properly. Pool was always dirty. I asked for the pool to be cleaned and it never was. That was disappointing that I couldn’t enjoy the pool all those days. There was gnats always in my room. I couldn’t adjust the a/c , it was stuck at one setting. The key never worked. Every day I had to go to the front desk to activate my room key which was very frustrating. The bed was comfortable.”

“The rooms were clean. The desk clerk that checked me in was pleasant! Later when my wife and daughter arrived the night clerk was very impolite to them. He gave us a hard time when we were going to our rooms! Even after I showed my keys to both of our rooms to him he still treated us unfairly!”

“Yes, cabin was cozy. No toilet paper spiderwebs everywhere no dish detergent to wash dishes no television except videos that you install which were all horror movies we wanted a romantic getaway no access to the water barbecue grill eat half-and-half. Had a great day though.”

“Nice cozy getaway, near Baton Rouge but very peaceful! Owner is very friendly and helpful! The property is nice with lots to do, great place for a mini reunion!”

“The property was clean and themed nicely. Small toiletries (soap, lotion, etc.) were provided. Kitchen had a stocked Keurig which was nice along with tea and a kettle. The property owner was very nice and responded to messages and questions very quickly. Keep in mind that the home sits right on a busy road and neither upstairs bedroom has a door, so bring ear plugs! Also, the claw foot tub in the (only) bathroom does fit the theme but it is quite a climb to get up into and the hot and cold knobs……

“We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament, and it was by far one of the worst rental experiences we’ve had. The condition of this home does not come close to matching its 9.5 rating.When we arrived, the yard was completely unmaintained with very tall grass. Someone did show up to mow, but left grass clippings all over the driveway and sidewalk. We had to clean it ourselves just to get our luggage into the house.The inside was even worse. The moment we opened the door, we were hit with……
